Shipping costs

For delivery within Italy, a standard shipping charge will be applied:

1. For a recorded delivery, weighing up to 2kg, EUR 10.00 will be added to the total cost of the order;

2. PaccoCelere3 with signature on delivery, EUR 12.00 will be added.

For delivery to European countries:

1. Recorded delivery, up to 2kg, a cost of EUR 12.00 will be added;

2. For packages exceeding 2kg we will base our delivery charges on the postal fees applicable at the time of delivery and you will be informed of the costs by email.

For delivery to countries outside of Europe, shipping costs will be calculated at time of delivery and you will be informed of the costs by email.

Prices

Prices are charged in Euro, and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Please note that minimum orders must be EUR 30.00, excluding delivery costs.

Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back

If the model is faulty or if you are not satisfied with it, you must return it to us within 10 days of receipt, in the condition you received it and in its original package, and you will be refunded for the value of the goods.

You must email us on xxxxxx before returning any goods.
